How do I place an order?
Email your order details to amy@bobscopyshop.com. Be sure to include a description of what you need printed.
What information should I include in my email?
Please include:
- – A detailed description of the job
- – Quantity needed
- – Size and paper type (if known)
- – Color or black & white
- – Any special requests (cutting, binding, folding, etc.)
- – Requested due date
How should I send my files?
- – Small files can be attached directly to your email
- – For large files, please use www.wetransfer.com (it’s free and provides delivery confirmation)
- – If you’re using Canva, you can share the file directly from Canva—just make sure sharing permissions allow us to access it
What file formats do you accept?
PDFs are preferred for best print quality. We can also accept common file types like JPG, PNG, and DOC files.
When do I need to submit my order?
Submitting your files as early as possible helps ensure we can meet your deadline. Rush jobs may be subject to availability.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Proofs are available upon request. Please note that approving a proof is your responsibility before printing begins.
Can you help with setup or design issues?
Yes! Let us know if you need help adjusting your file or have questions about print setup.
How will I know when my order is ready?
We’ll contact you once your order is complete or if we have any questions.
